Gentlemen: Get The Most Out Of The Flowers For Valentine Day
Sending flowers for Valentine Day is about as traditional as turkey on Thanksgiving. American men have been calling or racing to the florist for last-minute bouquets for hundreds of years, and their significant others have never tired of receiving them.
There is a way, however, to get an even greater response from the lucky recipient of Valentine flowers. Send the delivery to your wife or sweetheart’s workplace! Imagine how loved and appreciated she will feel when she receives the call from the receptionist or switchboard to report for a delivery. Then picture the broad smile on her face as she marches, vase or box in hand, back to her desk. Envious female co-workers will oooh and aaah and make all kinds of speculations about who sent those gorgeous long-stems.
Your loved one will proudly display her roses on her workstation for the rest of the day, stopping each time another person passes by to explain who sent them. Periodically, she will stop what’s she is doing to simply gaze at them and smile knowingly.
At the end of the workday, the drama starts all over again as your lucky girl carries the vase of roses through the hallways, down the elevator or escalator, and out to the parking lot. She will feel so special when the cars driving next to her spot the vase sitting upright in the passenger seat, red roses gleaming in the sunlight.
When she gets home, she will not spend the time waiting for you to arrive, wondering if you have remembered what day it is. Instead she will greet you at the door, still beaming, with a hug and a kiss, and will whisper a heartfelt “thank you” in your ear. Now isn’t that a terrific outcome for simply deciding to send the flowers to the office?
